TERMS OF SERVICE

General Terms

  • DO NOT use my works for anything related to AI image generators, NFTs, and cryptocurrency

  • DO NOT claim commissioned piece as your own work

  • I retain the rights to publish commissioned pieces for my personal portfolio, social media, or other publication media unless requested otherwise

  • I reserve the rights to decline your commission request if I believe I could not deliver what you requested

  • Not first come, first serve. I will choose requests that interests me most

  • Reposting commissioned piece is allowed with proper credit

  • Completion time may vary between 1 to 4 weeks, after the sketch is approved and payment is received.

  • Feel free to ask me for progress updates, but please don't rush me (unless a deadline was declared beforehand)

  • Any major changes can only be done during the sketching stage (pose, composition, etc); only minor changes are accepted during the rendering stage

Payment / Refund Policy

  • The payment must be paid in full within a week after approved sketch

  • I accept payment via PayPal

  • All prices listed are in USD and includes transfer fees

  • Commission order is non-refundable unless I decide to cancel it myself

  • Other payment plans can be discussed

Other Fees

  • PRIVATE COMMISSION FEE = +20% Base Price if you don't want your commission to be published by me for portfolio, social media post, or other publication media

  • REVISION FEE = Free revision up to 3 times. More than 3 will be charged +$5 per minor revision

  • RUSH FEE = If you need the commission to be finished within a short time (generally under 1 week). We will discuss about the fee

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)

  • What software, device, and tools do you use?

  • I use Procreate on the M2 iPad Pro 12.9” (2022) and Apple Pencil (2nd Generation). When I was starting out, I used ibisPaint X on the iPhone 11 Pro, slowly transitioning to Krita with the Wacom One Small CTL 472 Graphic Tablet.

  • What brushes do you use?

  • By default, I use the hard round brush and soft air brush in any software. I only use other brushes for more texture.

  • Why do you primarily use basic brushes?

  • My end goal is to become an inspiration to everyone—painting doesn’t need to be complex, and it helps anyone adapt easily if they use a different software. Textured brushes just make the process faster.

  • How long does it take you to finish a piece?

  • Usually 3 to 12 work hours, depending on complexity, and my free time.

  • What are the dimensions you draw in?

  • I almost always draw exclusively on 16:9 (4800 x 2700 pixels) or 16:7 (4800 x 2100 pixels) aspect ratio.

  • How long have you been drawing?

  • I started drawing in 2022, and more seriously around 2023 - Present.

  • Who are your art aspirations / inspirations?

  • In no particular order, here are some of my favorite artists!: 雨泽, 熊钥, wball, 咚伯木, 白天Hally 磺基水杨酸, hungry, 翌风, PowerLesS淞, 永守 浩太, Ninety, XVI, JIU, Luckyia, NSlacka, RIFU, 리노참치, dorajam, and eo58.

  • Did you go to art school?

  • No, I graduated as an Engineering major. In another life or opportunity, I would’ve chosen Animation or Multimedia Arts.

  • May I use your art as PFP / edits / repost?

  • Feel free to use it as long as with proper credit (@serpheox) or link to my portfolio (Carrd). For reposts, ask me first.

  • May I print your art?

  • No, unless you commissioned me for it with approved conditions for both parties. When in doubt, do not be ashamed to ask~!
